1. - Conical bolt
   • Tightening torque

   • Removing and installing

   • Must be renewed if removed
   • 5 Nm and turn 90º further

   • With guide sleeve and clutch release collar

Assembly overview - gearbox housing and clutch housing

1. - Clutch housing or
   • If replaced, adjust the differential
2. - Input shaft oil seal:
   • Must be renewed after fitting
3. - Ball head studs
   • Removing and installing
4. - Oil seal for right flange shaft
   • replace with gearbox installed
5. - Oil filler plug
   • Tightening torque
6. - Shim
   • for the differential gear
   • Determine thickness
7. - Outer ring / conical roller bearing
   • for the differential gear
   • Pressing out of and into clutch housing
   • If replaced, adjust the differential
8. - Bolt
   • Must be renewed if removed
   • 5 Nm and turn 90º further
9. - Outer ring / conical roller bearing
   • for the differential gear
   • Pulling out of and pressing into clutch housing
   • If replaced, adjust the differential
10. - Adjusting sleeve
    • 2 Units
11. - Gearbox housing
    • If replaced, adjust the differential
12. - Oil drain plug
    • Tightening torque
13. - Oil seal for left flange shaft
    • Must be renewed after fitting
14. - Shift collar
    • For the gear selection shaft
    • Press out
    • Press on
15. - Sealing cap
    • Before tightening apply sealant to sealing surface
    • Equivalent - Electronic spare parts catalogue (ETKA)
16. - Securing ring
    • Insert in groove of cylindrical roller bearing
17. - Securing ring
    • Insert in groove of cylindrical roller bearing
18. - Cylindrical roller bearing
    • For the input shaft
    • Pulling out and pressing
19. - Cylindrical roller bearing
    • For output shaft
    • Pulling out and pressing
20. - Sealing cap
    • In some gearboxes
    • Insert into hole in clutch housing.

1. - Gearbox housing
2. - Gear wheel for 5th gear
   • Installation position
3. - Securing ring
   • renew
   • Determine thickness
4. - Seal
   • Renew if damaged.
5. - Gearbox casing cover
   • If the gearbox housing cover is installed with the gearbox in the vehicle, check and top up oil
6. - Bolt
   • Must be renewed if removed
   • 5 Nm and turn 90º further
7. - Securing ring
   • renew
   • Determine thickness
8. - Mobile sleeve with 5th gear synchromesh:
   • Dismantling and assembling
9. - Synchromesh ring of 5th gear
10. - Synchromeshed gear for 5th gear

    • For 5th gear

    • Selector segment is permanently connected to selector fork.
